АЙРТРОПИКА started out as a small regional carrier in 2022, operating small Dash 8-200s and ERJ-145s under the name FlyDymo. The airline gradually grew and made itself known the the United Aircraft Corporation, purchasing their first Tupolev Ty-154 in November the same year, before announcing a complete overhaul to Sukhoi Superjets only weeks later.
2023 brought with it new challenges and a new direction. On the 21st of January, 2023, FlyDymo was purchased by the Russian investment firm, Polnaya investitsionnaya firma, and as such, was rebranded to АЙРТРОПИКА. The then CEO, Nikolai Patsayev, restructured the fleet, retiring the now ageing Let-410s, and making large orders of Tupolev Ty-204s.
This change was gradual but impactful for the future of the airline and it's passengers. Before he left, Mr. Patsayev purchased two Ilyushin IL-96-300 aircraft, marking the first expansion into inter-continental travel for the airline. Further expansion left an impressive level of growth for the airline. Patsayev retired from service in April the same year, with the current CEO, Yuri Ivanov, stepping up.
Shortly after becoming CEO, Yuri pushed towards АЙРТРОПИКА joining the Open Skies Alliance, which turned out to be a great move for the health of the airline, offering better rewards and destinations for their passengers.
The airline experienced gradual but strong growth throughout 2023, reaching a fleet of 60 aircraft in September.
Most recently, the airline has begun a leap forwards into the future of aviation with the purchase of an MC-21-300.

The backbone of АЙРТРОПИКА's fleet is the Sukhoi Superjet, with over 40 in the fleet. This aircraft is the most capable aircraft of it's class, outperforming any western aircraft and leaving them in the dust. We trust our superjets, and so should you.

The Ilyushin IL-96 is the long haul giant of the АЙРТРОПИКА fleet. The best aircraft for it's role, we are very proud to operate over 20 of these machines.

Recently, АЙРТРОПИКА has made the first purchase of the MC-21-300 after having retired them some months ago. The MC-21 is the latest and greatest aircraft out of the glorious United Aircraft Corporation.
